We at Alford & Ashe Academy have experienced teachers in our staff who are capable of guiding your kids into discovering their potential and growing into competent and independent lifelong learners. They dedicate their time and knowledge in ensuring each child in their class are taken care of and discover new things through every activity implemented in the class.

Educating children has become such a passion of mine. Having the opportunity to aid in their growth and development is such an honor and I am so excited to be able to love on and educate these little minds.

Hi, my name is Ivonne De La Cruz.
This is my first-time taking care of young minds professionally. Since I was young, I took care of my neighbors’ kids, teaching them how to talk, walk, share and how to interact with love, respect and kindness. I’m a wife and mother to a daughter and son that I’m proud of. I raised my kids with the love of God, happiness and respect so that they turn out to be good people.
Two’s Teacher
My name is Ashonti Patton.
I have worked with children for 3 years. I enjoy playfully interacting with children whether that be through running and jumping or just playing pretend. Some of my hobbies include drawing, painting, arts and crafts and a host of other things. I am so grateful to be a part of Alford and Ashe Academy and I am excited to continue to grow.
Three’s Teacher
My name is Mrs Christina.
I graduated high school in 2017. I am married but no children. I have been wanting to work with children for a while now as I volunteered when I was 12 to work in a daycare. I plan on getting my CDA and maybe even my bachelors. I enjoy working with the kids here at Alford & Ashe Academy, and a side note, I used to go to daycare here. I love seeing the kids grow and accomplish new things.
VPK Teacher
My name is Katie LaLonde.
I have been working in Early childhood education for 10 years. I have many credentials, including my FCCPC and Director’s credential. I graduated from P.S.C. with a degree in early childhood education and from W.U with a degree in educational studies. I enjoy getting to share my passion for learning with my students!
